Returning goods

We understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us.

For that reason, we have created a return policy that is both fair and compliant with our legal obligations under distance selling regulations set out in the Republic of Ireland.

You may return any product unworn in original packaging within 28 days of purchase subject to our returns policy outlined below.

How do I return goods?

Please visit our Help Centre for directions on how to return goods. Alternatively email us on quoting your order number in order to arrange a product return. Our customer care team will advise you of the steps required to complete this process.

Return Your Item Yourself

All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order, and must be returned new, unused and in the original packaging with all IRYSS garment tags and labels attached.

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and providing the order has been sent back as per the IRYSS Returns Policy, we will process your return request within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. A confirmation email will be sent to the account holder once the refund is processed.

Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you have received the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Services team, quoting your order number.

Incorrect items may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Items falling outside our returns policy or items that are returned to us after 14 days will not be entitled to a refund.

Explicit Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

- Electronic gift vouchers cannot be cancelled

Important Notes

- Our perception of soiled includes, the excessive odour of perfume, alcohol, smoke and or chemical substances that may prevent us from reselling an item.

- Our perception of stained includes, makeup, false tan or any other liquid or material substance that requires dry cleaning to remove.

- Sale or discounted items must be returned within 14 days.

- All original labels and tags must still be attached to the item.

- Goods must be returned in the original protective packaging that the original item arrived in.

- Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of return.
